What material do the stones have?
Our rings were made with conflict-free materials. We reject the use of cruel diamond mining techniques, so we use top-notch diamond alternatives. Diamond imitators are synthetic stones (AAAAA grade cz) that have a brilliant shine and a flawless appearance.
Why do you have such low prices? Do the rings exist? Are you a legit company?
It's normal to have doubts. Society has taught us to spend a lot of money on everything about a wedding. In reality, you shouldn't have to spend a lot of money on a sign of love. Our rings are beautiful, made by hand, affordable, and come with a lifetime warranty and a guarantee that you'll be happy with them.

When are you going to get more of the jewelry I want?
We try to keep our jewelry in stock as much as possible, but sometimes they sell out. On the product page, you can sign up to get updates by putting in your email address. We'll send you an email when the item is back in stock.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
All of our products at Brother & Sisters come with a lifetime warranty! Please see our warranty page to submit a claim.
What is covered by your warranty?
A few examples of manufacturing flaws covered by our lifetime warranty include color fading and missing stones. We will replace or repair your item if there are any problems with it. Please visit our warranty page to submit a claim.

Can I exchange or return my jewelry for a different style or size?
Your jewelry can absolutely be returned or exchanged. Simply go to our Returns Center and adhere to the instructions.
What should I do if my jewelry arrives damaged?

What should I do if a stone from my jewelry falls out while I'm wearing it?

Where do you ship from?
ALL non-custom jewelry orders are shipped from North of France!
What is the shipping time?

What should I do if my shipment is delayed?
The majority of our packages are shipped using La Poste (the French postal service), but occasionally there may be delays because of holidays, bad weather, and other factors. Your shipment could take up to 10 days to arrive if it is showing up as "delayed." Send us an email at help@brother-and-sisters.com, and we'll help you start an investigation.
My package was delivered, according to an email I received, but I haven't yet received it. What shall I do?
We want to solve this issue for you as soon as possible. You can follow the steps listed below:
1. Double-check that you gave us the right address.
2. Have you looked in your mail? Instead of being delivered to your front door, our packages are placed in the mailbox.
3. Ask your neighbors and any relatives you may have if they have your order.
4. Contact your local post office to see if they have any solutions if the previous steps have failed.
