The chain and photo are good, the clasp is cheap quality. Massive let down on the delivery window and customer service as took a lot longer then listed. And very difficult to get a hold of the team for any queries or chasing us where the order was...

Such a sweet gift! My boyfriend loved it! Unfortunately the photo quality seemed to degrade before I even gave it to him. It started out clear and then got blurrier and little squiggly lines and black dots appeared on it. I reached out to the company, so hoping we can figure it out!
Took a while for delivery and lack of communication was ridiculous! The photo is VERY hard to see.. pretty poor. However luckily my partner appreciates it due to it being his sons in the picture and the fact of it being sentimental !
